Circuit Coders
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 19, 2026
Circuit Coders is a software studio in Fallbrook, California. We build websites, mobile apps and AI phone receptionists for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, phone number, email address, business name, and whatever you tell us about the project. You give us this deliberately — through a form on this site, a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, a text message, or a phone call.
When you visit this site. Standard traffic data such as pages viewed and rough geographic region, used to understand which pages are worth keeping. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
When you call our demo line. Calls to our AI receptionist demo number may be transcribed so the system can respond. Do not share sensitive personal information with a demo line.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the contact details you confirmed on that form — typically your name, phone number and email address — along with your answers to the questions in the form.
We use that information for one purpose: to contact you about the work you asked us to quote. Usually that is a phone call the same day, sometimes a text or an email. If you tell us to stop, we stop, and we delete your details on request.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Meta. Submitting a lead form does not create any obligation on your part.
What we do with it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you hire us to do. If you become a client, we keep the records needed to deliver and support that work.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with data brokers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to be on.
Who else touches it
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so this business can function: our website host, our email provider, our payment processor for invoices, and the telephony provider behind our phone system. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
We will also disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
How long we keep it
If you enquire and we never work together, we keep your details for up to two years in case you come back, then delete them. Client records are kept for seven years, which is what tax and contract obligations require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or text and we will action it — we do not require a form, and there is no charge.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the other rights apply and we honour them.
To stop hearing from us, reply STOP to any text, or simply tell us.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Data is held with reputable providers, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by the people who need it — which for a studio this size is a very short list. No system is perfect; if something happened that affected you, we would tell you rather than hope you did not notice.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
